We provide continued presence rather than pop-in visits, and trusted, returning relationships rather than unfamiliar rotations  so your home and animals remain settled in their usual rhythm. 

For new clients in West London, we offer a complimentary in-person Meet & Greet.

This gives us the opportunity to:

• Meet you and your pets in their familiar environment

• Walk through daily routines, preferences, and care needs

• Discuss walking routes, feeding schedules, and household details

• Ensure everyone feels at ease and well-matched before confirming arrangements
  
  

For countryside or international sits, we’re happy to arrange an online consultation as an alternative.

What’s included:

• Full‑time presence in your home

• Daily animal care, feeding, companionship, and agreed walks

• Medication where required

• Household security and oversight

• Accepting deliveries and managing access

• Watering indoor / outdoor plants where necessery 

• Rubbish and recycling management on schedule

• A calm, clean home on your return

The standard rate comfortably covers up to two dogs or cats.

We offer continued presence, responsibility, attentiveness, and the reassurance that everything is being quietly cared for and tailored to your specifications. There’s no need for kennels, transport, or unfamiliar environments, your animals remain at home, in their own rhythm. 

Every household is unique.

Where care needs are more complex, such as additional animals (more than 2 pets), senior pets with extra support, or specialist routines, a small adjustment may apply. This is always discussed openly and agreed in advance.

For households with multiple animals or specialist needs, we add: £5–£10 per night, depending on care requirements. 

For homes requiring guardianship only, pricing begins from:

£75 per night
£90 per night on bank holidays

This still includes full live-in presence and attentive home care.

On UK bank holidays, our rate is:

£115 per night

This reflects increased demand and our commitment to remain fully present during peak travel periods.

For extended stays of over 21 nights, a reduced rate may be available. ?  HNW

To reserve your dates, a 50% deposit is required.

Because we hold your time exclusively, deposits are non‑refundable.
