Caring For Your Home

(For homes with or without pets)

We provide thoughtful, discreet care of your home while you are away.

This typically includes:

• Ensuring the home remains secure and lived-in
• Granting trades people access where agreed
• Maintaining routine household practicalities
• Indoor and outdoor plant care
• Collecting post, bins out on time, accepting deliveries
• Leaving the home clean and orderly for your return

We have experience caring for Grade II listed properties and homes requiring particular sensitivity.

Where appropriate, we are happy to liaise with established household staff or trusted providers to help maintain continuity during your time away, by prior arrangement.

We respectfully use only the agreed areas of your home, with privacy and discretion always carefully maintained.

Caring For Your Pet companions

We provide calm, considered care tailored to each of your pets, allowing them to remain secure within their own environment.

We care for dogs, cats, rescue animals, small mammals, birds, reptiles, and other specialist companions by prior discussion.

Our care includes:

All ages, temperaments, and care requirements.

Senior, medicated, or more sensitive animals.

Feeding, walks, play, companionship, and reassurance.

Continuity of established routines and household rhythms.

Updates and photographs are shared at the level agreed in advance, allowing you to stay connected or switch off with confidence.

We operate in accordance with the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and align with the relevant welfare guidance issued by Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA).

Arrival & Departure

Where helpful, we are able to arrive ahead of your departure to ensure a smooth and reassuring transition.

On your return, the home is left orderly, with keys arranged as agreed. We are equally happy to remain for a calm and straightforward handover if preferred.

Arrangements are always guided by what feels most natural for you and your home.

Bespoke Arrangements

Where appropriate, we are happy to consider bespoke requirements such as longer-term continuity, additional household oversight, or more tailored arrangements by prior discussion.

We accept a limited number of homes each year to ensure continuity, availability, and a consistently attentive standard of care.
